Preparing for the next economy

Our mission is simple: to connect, empower, and grow a thriving community of entrepreneurs and startups.

We are dedicated to building the physical and organizational infrastructure to provide unique and professional educational experiences, mentorship, support, and access to funding, as well as a world-class space for innovators and changemakers to build and fund technologies, products, and companies that matter.

Our Labs provide Sacramento startups access to work, event, meeting, and collaboration space. Rather than focus on entrepreneurs and startups still in the ideation and launch phase, these spaces focus on local companies that already have traction and/or investment and are looking to scale, as well as global brands looking for a creative and innovative space that matches the quality of their brands.

launchpad

The I/O Launchpad connects the region's business resources to the entrepreneurs and startups who need them, creating a digital connection space to match our physical connections spaces, to find the help and funding they need to scale.

In 2017, we were awarded a $50,000 grant to develop the site and another $100,000 at the beginning of 2018. The site will launch late in 2018.
